It is also essential to note that the technical procedures involved in energy certification are carried out by external entities acting as service providers. Our agency primarily focuses on consultancy and does not deal with the issuance of energy certificates, which requires the expertise of qualified technicians. We collaborate with these certified professionals to facilitate the energy certification process. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our energy consultancy service and the provision of information regarding the Energy Certification APE and the APE360 package. OPERATION

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

service contract after the complete provision of the service if the execution has begun with the express agreement of the customer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by Certificazioneenergeticafacile.it;

supply of digital content (electronic documents, audiovisual, software) via a non-material medium if the execution has started. By sending the order, the customer declares to have taken note of this clause and declares to consent, in this case, to the loss of the right of withdrawal.
